Delivery information

How long will it take before I receive my order?

Your Shopadilla purchase
Delivery will normally take 5 business days after dispatch.
Please note that some items that are bigger or heavier than normal get dispatched by a specialized courier, delivery times for these items are 4 to 8 business days and the shipping company will contact you by phone to make a delivery appointment.

You will receive an automatically generated e-mail including a Track and Trace link and courier information as soon as the item has been dispatched. The Track and Trace link will be enable you to track the status of your order in real time on a Shopadilla website.

When you order multiple items within one order, it is possible the delivery dates differ. The same goes for products that are shipped in multiple parcels.

Your purchase from an external seller
You will receive an automatically generated e-mail confirming your order has shipped. It will include the courier and / or tracking information. You can also find your tracking information in your Shopadilla account.

Do you ship to islands or remote parts of the country?

Shopadilla product
Due to courier restrictions, we can only offer shipping for the UK Mainland and (Northern) Ireland. Islands (including but not limited to the Channel Islands, Hebrides, Northern Isles and Isle of Man) and the Upper Highlands are therefore excluded from delivery.

External sellers can use a wide range of shipping methods and apply their own restrictions. To obtain more information about the shipping method(s) and restrictions, we advise you to contact the seller directly.

What are your delivery and return costs?

Delivery is always free within the UK.

Shopadilla product
Returns are also free of charge as long as you use our return instructions and our dedicated carrier.

Product from an external seller
Check the seller’s terms and conditions regarding their returns policy as they may apply return fees. If you cannot find the answer, please contact the external seller directly via the contact form in your Shopadilla account.

Which couriers do you use?

We use multiple couriers for our shipments; depending on the amount or type of item you have bought and the destination.
We will always inform you which courier will deliver your order; this will be stated in the shipment confirmation e-mail we send you after dispatch.

Your purchase from an external seller
External sellers can use a wide range of shipping methods. Once the order is shipped you will see the tracking information uploaded by the external seller on the order page in your Shopadilla account and in the shipment confirmation email you will receive.
If you would like to know which courier is used prior to placing an order, please contact the external seller directly using the contact form on the product page.

What happens when I am not at home for delivery?

Someone has to sign for delivery but it doesn’t always have to be you. It might happen that the shipping company asks your neighbour to sign for the parcel(s) and leaves it there.
If not, they will leave a card with information on where your parcel(s) is/are and what you should do next.

Usually if you aren’t there the second or third delivery attempt, they store it within their depot. This allows you a few days to pick it up before it is shipped back to us.
